JAMMERTAL WINE ESTATE
Villány is the southernmost wine region of Hungary. Protected from the northern cold winds by small hills this area has an unique Sub-Mediterranean microclimate.
Its terroir provides for excellent blue grape production.
Our 83 hectares of vineyards on finest terroir and two adjoining wineries equipped state – of – art technology provide a great background to produce wines which meet the highest standards imaginable both in quality and enjoyability.
Key professionals are Ms. KÖVESDI, Zsófia winemaker and Mr. NAGY, Zsolt vineyard manager.
There are less than a hundred -fifty wine estates around the world which ever produced a wine that has received the highest score among their peers at any major international wine competition, where it was declared and published.
As far as we know there is only one that has achieved that kind of success twice, and it is us, Jammertal Wine Estate.
